1. The agreement

These terms are between you (“Customer”) and the operator (“we”, “us”), covering the Image SEO Studio service at . Creating an account means you accept them.

2. The service

We provide software that processes images you upload: generating descriptive metadata with an AI vision model, embedding EXIF/IPTC/XMP metadata including optional GPS coordinates, converting and compressing the files, and producing reports.

Managed AI plans include AI processing paid for by us, up to the monthly image allowance of your plan.
Bring-your-own-key and local-runner modes use AI you supply and pay for; you are responsible for complying with that provider's terms.
Allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the images you upload and to the metadata generated from them. You grant us only the licence needed to process, store and return those files while the service runs.

You confirm you have the right to upload each image and to publish the results, and that the content does not infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful material.

4. Acceptable use

No unlawful content, and none that violates a third party's rights.
No attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits or access controls.
No resale of raw API capacity as a competing service without a written agreement.
No use that degrades the service for others.

5. Fees and billing

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through our payment processor. Prices exclude taxes unless stated; where our processor acts as merchant of record it will apply local tax.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your workspace keeps its plan until the end of the paid period, then moves to the Free plan. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

6. AI output

AI-generated titles, descriptions, alt text and tags are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing. We do not warrant that any output improves search rankings — no one can.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on self-serve plans. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

8. Data retention

Uploaded originals are deleted once a job completes. Deliverables are retained for the window stated on your plan, then deleted. You can delete a job and its files at any time.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost rankings, traffic or revenue.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or that has an unpaid balance after the grace period.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

What we collect

Account data — name, email, hashed password, workspace name, billing email, country.
Content — the images you upload and the metadata generated from them.
Usage data — jobs run, image counts, timestamps, IP address and user agent for security.
Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor. We store only the subscription id, plan, amount and invoice reference. We never see your card.

How we use it

To run the service, meter your plan, take payment, send transactional email, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your images to train models.

Sub-processors

Hosting provider (application and database).
AI provider for managed plans — on bring-your-own-key or local-runner modes, no third-party AI provider receives your images from us.
Payment processor (Paddle and/or Stripe).
Email delivery provider.

Your API keys

API keys you save are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, are never returned to the browser after saving, and are never written to logs. Delete them at any time in Settings → AI.

Retention

Uploaded originals: deleted when the job finishes. Deliverables: the retention window on your plan (7–60 days). Account and billing records: kept while the account exists and afterwards only as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Access, correction, export and deletion — email us and we will act within 30 days. Deleting your account deletes your content; billing records are retained where the law requires it.

One essential cookie holds your session. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
